How to Disconnect Windshield Wipers on a Nissan Frontier

The windshield wipers on a Nissan Frontier should be checked every six months and replaced if necessary. Pull the wiper blade arm up and away from the windshield.

Swing the bottom of the wiper blade away from the wiper blade arm assembly.

Push the release tab on the wiper blade, located where the blade connects to the wiper arm.

Remove the wiper blade from the wiper arm assembly.
