How to Lease a Nissan

It's time for a new Nissan.

Known for quality, performance and dependability, Nissan consistently manufactures award-winning cars year after year. For the Nissan lover who drives less than 15,000 miles a year and who takes meticulous care of his car, a lease will allow you to have the latest and greatest model every two to four years with a smaller monthly payment, as opposed to the higher monthly payment for the outright purchase of a single car.
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
1

Go to Nissan's Regional Offers webpage (see References).
2

Enter your ZIP code and then click on "Find Offers." A window with then appear with Nissan's deals (purchase, lease, and cash-back offers).
3

Fill in the fields under "Get an Internet Quote" on the right side of the screen. Click on "Get a Quote From a Local Dealer." A list of local dealers then appears.
4

Click on the button of the dealer you would like to be contacted by. Click on "Submit Request." A confirmation screen appears notifying you that your desired dealer has been notified and will soon contact you to discuss your lease.

Tips & Warnings

It is important to understand that you do not build equity in an automobile when you lease; the advantage comes from driving a new car with a lower payment on a more frequent basis.

When leasing any car, it is important to understand the lease agreement, especially the terms regarding the condition and mileage of the car at the end of the lease. Failure to take care of the car's physical appearance and/or going over the agreed-to mileage will nullify the agreement, thus incurring penalty charges, which may be very high.
